Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 3 cups flour (all purpose)
- 2 tbs fine grain yeast (aka bread machine yeast)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbs sugar
- 2 tbs olive oil
Directions
Add the water into the bread machine first
Measure the flour into the machine - I read once that it's a good idea to keep the yeast separate from the water so I usually make a divot in the flour for pouring the remaining ingredients into
Add the remaining ingredients into the divot in the flour
Set the machine for its 'dough' setting and press start - come back in 90 minutes
Load the pizza with toppings - bake at 455F for 12 to 15 minutes
